Use of the app
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the pet records, contact details, QR profile fields and reminder information they enter into PETNEAR.
Reminders and notifications
Reminders are provided for informational convenience only. They may not always be accurate, complete, available or delivered on time due to device settings, network conditions, operating system restrictions or service interruptions.
No veterinary advice
PETNEAR does not provide veterinary, medical, diagnosis or treatment advice. Always contact a licensed veterinarian for pet health decisions.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or use public QR/profile features to expose information without proper permission.
Changes and liability
The app and these terms may be updated over time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PETNEAR is not liable for indirect damages, missed reminders, user-entered inaccurate information or losses caused by third-party services.

Zulässige Nutzung
Nutzer dürfen die App nicht missbrauchen, keinen unbefugten Zugriff versuchen, keine schädlichen Inhalte hochladen, sich nicht als andere Personen ausgeben und öffentliche QR-/Profilfunktionen nicht zur unerlaubten Offenlegung von Informationen nutzen.
Änderungen und Haftungsbeschränkung
Die App und diese Bedingungen können aktualisiert werden. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet PETNEAR nicht für indirekte Schäden, verpasste Erinnerungen, ungenaue Nutzereingaben oder Verluste durch Dienste Dritter.

Los usuarios son responsables de la exactitud de los registros de mascotas, datos de contacto, campos del perfil QR e información de recordatorios que introduzcan en PETNEAR.
Recordatorios y notificaciones
Los recordatorios se ofrecen solo como información y comodidad. Puede que no siempre sean exactos, completos, disponibles o entregados a tiempo debido a ajustes del dispositivo, condiciones de red, restricciones del sistema operativo o interrupciones del servicio.
No es asesoramiento veterinario
PETNEAR no proporciona asesoramiento veterinario, médico, diagnóstico ni tratamiento. Para decisiones de salud de tu mascota, consulta siempre a un veterinario autorizado.
Uso aceptable
Los usuarios no deben hacer un uso indebido de la app, intentar accesos no autorizados, subir contenido dañino, suplantar a otras personas ni usar funciones públicas de QR/perfil para exponer información sin permiso.
Cambios y limitación de responsabilidad
La aplicación y estos términos pueden actualizarse. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, PETNEAR no será responsable de daños indirectos, recordatorios perdidos, información incorrecta introducida por usuarios o pérdidas causadas por servicios de terceros.

PETNEAR не предоставляет ветеринарные, медицинские, диагностические или лечебные рекомендации. По вопросам здоровья питомца всегда обращайтесь к лицензированному ветеринару.
Допустимое использование
Пользователи не должны злоупотреблять приложением, пытаться получить несанкционированный доступ, загружать вредоносный контент, выдавать себя за других или использовать публичные QR/профильные функции для раскрытия информации без разрешения.
Изменения и ограничение ответственности
Приложение и эти условия могут обновляться. В максимально допустимой законом степени PETNEAR не несет ответственности за косвенные убытки, пропущенные напоминания, неточные данные, введенные пользователями, или потери, вызванные сторонними сервисами.
